Blog Love

Prairie Wheat
I Love You This Much AwardJacque over at Daisy Lane Cakes gave me this adorable award. Jacque has a great tutorial on how to cover a cake with ganache! Check it out! As well, you can check out her professional cakes, including an amazing purse cake! I feel honored and flattered that she has given me an award! {Emila of Emila’s Illustrated Blog started this cute award.}

According to Emila, the participation rules are simple:

1. If you get tagged (and want to play along), write a post with links to blogs that you love.
2. Link to Emila’s post so that people can easily find the exact origin of the meme.

I’m giving out this award to the first five bloggers who joined me in working through a culinary school curriculum (Whisk Wednesdays). It’s so fun to read all your posts each week and compare our experiences! Thanks so much for joining me on this fun culinary ride:

Thanks, Jacque. You’re a sweetie!

  1. Aren't you the sweetest thing?

    The problem I have is that my favorite blogs to read are all the Whisk Wednesdays members' blogs -- they're part of my daily tour around the 'net: "Well, I think I'll go over and see what Sara is up to. What's Shari been cooking? Has Kayte fallen into the swimming pool yet?"

  5. Good Morning, I love your following. You truly strive to educate and enjoy the journey yourself. What a concept!! Thanks for your help as I am new to this community. I look forward to reading and learning along the way as well. Hope you get this comment. Thanks for all the time you give to the community and for helping those of us who are new. I happen to love peas...BTW. :-)) Love those Grabber Cones. I really enjoyed making the Granola Grabbers and thought they were delicious with choc chips and peanut butter. Have a great journey...AmyRuth

Thank you for visiting! I appreciate all your comments and love reading each and every one of them. I will answer your questions as best I can as soon as possible. I wish I could respond to everybody individually but my schedule just doesn't permit it right now. I will, however, do my best to visit your blog. Your comments are a big motivator to keep blogging so thanks for dropping by! {Please note that I don't allow Anonymous commenting due to spammers. As well, I won't publish a comment if it contains a link that doesn't go to a valid food blog, again due to spammers.}
